Legacy Migration

If you own or manage a large SCADA control system and have for many years. You may find yourself at a crossroads between Legacy Technology and New Technology. At Freedom Automation we have over 50 years experience in SCADA control systems. With that we have vast experience in Legacy Technology, as well as, cutting edge technology and are experts in the smooth transition of  the migration process.

Installation / Removal

Our field team will properly document the current installation, then carefully remove all of the existing equipment. The team will then install new, factory tested and documented control equipment. 

Program / Graphical Conversion

Our in house engineering staff will hand convert Legacy controller code to the new software platform. And make any modifications requested by the customer. 

The engineers will then migrate the existing HMI system either through upgrading the current software or a complete re-creation in a new HMI software.

Start-up / Commissioning

Once the hardware has been factory tested and installed. And the software conversion and testing are complete. Our field engineers have many years of experience in bringing systems online in a timely yet calculated manner.
